A former employee at a Smithfield area horse farm is accused of breaking into the business stealing several guns and homemade saddles.
The burglary and theft was reported on April 15th at the facility on Brogden Road about 5 miles east of Smithfield.
Brandon Dewayne Stanley, 26, of Partridge Drive, Smithfield was charged this week with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
Stanley was arrested in January and charged with the theft of an ATV and utility trailer that was recovered near Pine Level. Last December he was charged by deputies with a burglary that had been reported on Progressive Church Road near Princeton where numerous items were stolen.
Stanley was released from prison in May 2016 after serving time for a felony breaking and entering conviction.
