Four Oaks Bank Names Interim Chief Financial Officer

Deanna-Hart-FIFour Oaks Fincorp, Inc., the holding company for Four Oaks Bank & Trust Company announced Monday that Nancy S. Wise, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer resigned from her positions with the Bank, effective as of September 1st to spend time caring for aging family members.

The Bank will search for a replacement. Until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed, Ms. Deanna W. Hart, the Bank’s Senior Vice President and Controller since January 2014, will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer. Four-Oaks-Bank-Logo-FI

President and Chief Executive Officer David H. Rupp stated, “We extend our profound thanks to Nancy for her twenty five years of dedicated service to the bank and wish her well in caring for her family.”
