The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating break-ins at several storage units at NC Golf Cars Plus / 42 East Storage at 757 Creech Road outside of Kenly.
The incidents happened between midnight and 11:00am Sunday.
The suspect damaged a fence to gain entry then cut locks on 29 storage units. Authorities have not determined if entry was made into all the units. One victim reported a flat screen TV valued at $675 had been stolen. Another victim said tools worth $875 were taken from their storage locker.
Damage to the fence was estimated at $1,000.
