A Fayetteville woman is in jail after her arrest on charges she broke into three cars and stole credit cards which were later used at the Wal-Mart and convenient stores at the I-40 / NC 42 area in the Cleveland community.
Suzanne Marie Mispagel, 34, was arrested Thursday. Garner Police reportedly stopped a vehicle Mispagel was in and recovered some of the property taken in the car break-ins along with items purchased with the stolen credit cards.
Sheriff’s Detective Lt. Mike Carson said a second suspect is being sought in connection with the crimes.
Mispagel was arrested on 21 charges including breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny, possession of stolen goods, conspiracy, and identity theft. Bail was set at $210,000.
