Organizers of the Cleveland Community Strawberry announced today the annual festival has been cancelled this year. Due to COVID-19, the festival was initially rescheduled for June 27th in hopes restrictions would be lifted in time to hold the event. However, the timeline will not allow the Strawberry Festival to be held this year.
“It is with disappointment that we announced the Greater Cleveland Community Strawberry Festival is canceled for 2020,” according to the Triangle East Chamber of Commerce. “The safety and wellbeing of our members and communities remains our first priority. As we continue to do all we can to support the businesses and residents of Triangle East, we anticipate celebrating the Greater Cleveland Community Strawberry Festival in 2021.”
