Three people were transported to the hospital after a tractor trailer and minivan collided this morning (Friday) near Four Oaks. The collision was reported just before 11:00am on Webb Mill Road at Thompson Road.
The driver of the semi and two people in the minivan were injured. The extent of their injuries was not released.
The State Highway Patrol responded and is investigating the cause of the crash. Johnston County EMS, Four Oaks Fire Department and Blackman’s Crossroads Fire Department also responded.
Truck was traveling fast for road conditions.
