Arrest Made In Construction Site Theft

FOUR OAKS – An investigation by law enforcement officers into the August 20th theft of materials from a residential construction site has resulted in an arrest.

On September 10th, Bernardo Carrillo Galindo, 39, of the 10000 block of Highway 210, Four Oaks was arrested by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly stealing nearly $1,400 in construction materials from a jobsite on Tupilo Trail, not far from the suspect’s home.

Galindo was charged with felony larceny from a construction site and misdemeanor possession of stolen property. A magistrate set Galindo’s bail at $5,000.
