A 42 year-old Benson man is facing charges after Johnston County deputies assisted Probation & Parole officers with the search of a home in the 2900 block of Benson-Hardee Road.
Jimmy Edward Warren Jr., 42, was already on probation. During a Feb. 14th search of his home, lawmen allegedly found methamphetamine under a pillow and more meth in a coat pocket in a closet. Suboxone and drug paraphernalia was also reportedly found.
Warren was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, simple possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony probation violation.
Warren was held on a $60,000 secured bond at the Johnston County Jail.
