A Four Oaks man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a residential break-in reported June 25th near Smithfield.
The 58 year-old victim said she allowed Danny Brooks Tucker, 37, of Juniper Church Road, Four Oaks to stay in her deceased mother’s home one night. Days later, the victim said she found the home had been broken into and ransacked.
Numerous items were taken including 20 pairs of shoes, a train set, baseball card collection, guitar, antique table, figurines, and a mirror.
Tucker was eventually linked to the break-in and arrested Aug. 2nd. He was charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny. He was given a $180,000 bond.
