A Wayne County high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student.

On Aug. 12, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said they were notified by the parents of a 16 year-old that their daughter and the teacher were having contact with each other that was sexual in nature.  An investigation reportedly determined the crimes began with the victim was 15 and the defendant was 23 years old.
