Caught Ya’ Doing Good

The third winner of Benson’s Caught Ya’ Doing Good is Morgan’s on Main.

If you’ve visited Morgan’s on Main, chances are you may have had an excellent customer experience when talking to owner Natalie Morgan. The Town of Benson Staff and Jenny Campbell of Jenny’s Sweet Creations surprised Morgan with December’s “Caught Ya Doing Good” award and a gift basket from Jenny’s.

Morgan was nominated because of her enthusiasm and interpersonal skills with customers and visitors. Morgan speaks positively about owning a business and living in Benson. She encourages visitors to stop by other shops in downtown, tells them about upcoming events, actively cross-promotes with other businesses, and is involved with local civic and business groups.

Morgan’s assistant, April Rufener, said, “Natalie is the most accommodating person I have ever met, especially when it comes to customers.”

The Town of Benson and Jenny’s Sweet Creations will be surprising one customer service employee in Benson every month that spreads the positive message about Benson being a great place to work, live and play.
