Clayton Police Arrest Bowling Alley Employee

CLAYTON – An employee at a Clayton bowling alley was arrested this week by Clayton Police detectives. Andrew Curtis Wilson, 52, of Four Oaks had worked at Rainbow Lanes on Highway 42 West since 2005.

Police Chief Greg Tart said between May 8 and June 26, 2021, Wilson stole approximately $4,600 from the business. Investigators are continuing to work with the owners of Rainbow Lanes to determine how much additional money may be missing and additional charges may be forthcoming, Chief Tart told The Johnston County Report.

Wilson was arrested Tuesday by Clayton Police on a felony warrant for larceny by an employee. He was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $20,000 secured bond.
