Clayton Police Need Help Locating Person Wanted For $8,329 Fuel Theft

CLAYTON – Clayton Police are asking for assistance from the public locating a wanted person.

Jeffrey Bryan Miller, age 42, of Anderson Creek School Road, Bunnlevel is wanted for felony larceny and felony possession of stolen property.

Police said Miller and a second suspect used a U-Haul truck to remove approximately 1,700 gallons of diesel fuel from a tank located at Sandhu’s, at 1225 Amelia Church Road in Clayton. The stolen diesel fuel was valued at $8,329.

The theft occurred between November 3 at 11:09pm to November 4 at 2:35am.

Miller is believed to be staying at motels in the Fayetteville area or along Jimmy Drive in the Bunnlevel, NC area.

  1. WOW! This guy has big you know what to pull this off. I noticed when I passed today the price was up. I guess Sandhu’s has to try to make up for the loss. The Police will get there man, they always do.
