Clayton Woman Accused Of Selling Prescription Pills

Following a three month undercover investigation, a Johnston County woman has been arrested on allegations she sold prescription pills out of her home to an undercover narcotics agent with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect, 34 year-old Dorothy Ellen Dennis of David Lane, Clayton, off Government Road, is accused of selling oxycodone pills to agents during the investigation.

Dennis was arrested Sunday on 13 felony charges including maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy.
