A Johnston County man was arrested Monday morning during a traffic stop on Barbour’s Chapel Road near Four Oaks. Around 10:15am, a SAFE team deputy stopped a vehicle for a violation.
The driver, identified as Jabin Cadal O’Neal, 44, of Woodruff Road, Selma was reportedly driving on a suspended drivers license. During the traffic stop, suspected cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia was allegedly found.
O’Neal was arrested for felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued citations for driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was given a $4,000 secured bond.
