A Benson teenager was arrested on four drug related offenses after deputies were called to check on a suspicious vehicle parked off Lee Road near Clayton on Saturday.
Officers arrived and reportedly found 19 year-old Noah Joseph Leamy of McGee Road shirtless in the driver’s seat and also unresponsive. Officers were eventually able to awaken Leamy.
Deputies said they found approximately 7.6 ounces of suspected marijuana in his vehicle along with Xanax pills.
Leamy was charged with felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a schedule four controlled substance.
Leamy was transported to the Johnston County Jail where a magistrate set his bail at $10,000.
