This woman appears to be suffering from addiction or mental health issues or possibly both from her mug shot. If what I suspect to be true she needs much help and imo not behind the bars of a jail. The homeowner was very fortunate not to have encountered this person going through an “episode” and was able to get her out of the home. This should be a valuable lesson to everyone to always keep your doors locked day and night. If this lady is in need of help may her journey lead her to the right place where she can receive it with an open mind and heart.
She needs to be in jail and learn a life lesson.
