A Johnston County deputy arrested a 30 year-old Four Oaks man on five drug related charges. On December 28th the officer stopped a car in the 9000 block of Highway 301 South.
The driver, Terrell Dalashaun Lippencott of 1787 NC Hwy 96 South, allegedly had suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Lippenscott was also on parole.
His charges include possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. He was held on a $100,000 secured bond.
