Methamphetamine with a street value of about $1,000 was seized during a traffic stop Monday in the Cleveland area.
A SAFE Team deputy stopped a car on Glen Road off Highway 42 around 12:23am for a head light violation. During a search of the vehicle 10 grams of suspected meth was allegedly located.
The driver, Brandon Wayne Stancil, 32, of Onslow Stephenson Road, Willow Spring was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stancil was taken before a magistrate who set his bail at $60,000.
