A True Bill of Indictment has been handed down against a Four Oaks man who was reportedly caught earlier this year operating a meth lab in a RV camper.
Robert Dale Strickland, 29, of Neighbors Lane, was reportedly operating a methamphetamine lab on August 2nd. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at his RV camper on Neighbors Lane off US 701 South finding the lab and chemicals.
On October 2nd, a Grand Jury in Smithfield indicted Strickland on a single count of manufacturing methamphetamine and a single count of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance.
The indictment alleged Strickland knowingly kept and maintained the RV camper for keeping and selling controlled substances, specifically methamphetamines.
