SELMA – Buffalo Road near Sullivan Road was jammed with emergency vehicles after a Friday afternoon head-on collision. A family of five in a Buick SUV and the driver of a rental passenger car were transported to Wake Med with serious injuries.
Witnesses said the driver of the blue Hyundai was driving aggressively before he crossed into the path of the oncoming SUV, causing it to spin around.

Six ambulances were called to the scene along with Northside and Wilson’s Mills Fire Departments and the State Highway Patrol. Johnston County sheriff’s deputies were also on the scene. Heavy Friday afternoon traffic was diverted for over an hour.
The driver of the Hyundai was cited for reckless driving, driving on a revoked license, seat belt violation, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
More and more common. People have no accountability. Why not require a revoked license be turned in to DMV when it is revoked? This person obviously lied to get a rental car in addition to doing drugs and not obeying other laws (seat belt). People like this should be placed on a national database and never be allowed to drive again in any state.
So how did the driver with the revoked license get a rental car?.
How did a person with a revoked driver’s license get a rental car?
Some else probably got it for him
it was in someone else`s name probably
