SELMA – Two people were transported to the hospital around 9:00am Monday after two cars collided at the intersection of Highway 42 East and Lynch Road.
One driver was transported to Johnston Medical Center in Clayton with minor injuries. A child was taken to Wake Med Pediatric hospital with unknown injuries.
The State Highway Patrol, Johnston County EMS and the Thanksgiving Fire Department responded.
