JCPS Opens Kindergarten Registration For 2022-23 School Year

Kindergarten registration for Johnston County Public Schools’ 2022-2023 school year began Tuesday, Feb. 1.

The district is utilizing an entirely online enrollment process for all students. Those interested in completing the online registration for their rising kindergarten student should visit

Beginning March 1, the district will begin taking appointments at the new JCPS Enrollment Center, located in Smithfield, for parents who were unable to complete the online kindergarten registration process. Appointments will be available for those who need face-to-face assistance with the online registration process.

The kindergarten early registration process closes on March 31. Parents and guardians can find detailed information on the registration process and important dates on the JCPS Enrollment Site.

The district has also established a new help-line to answer questions about the online registration process. Those who need assistance can call 888-90-ENROLL (888-903-6765) for assistance, or they may email

Children must be five years old on or before Aug. 31, 2022 to enroll. Parents and guardians can anticipate the online registration process to take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

  1. The JCPS can hardly hide thier thirst for the tender bright innocent eyes of your most precious young children to drag them into the teaching ministry of CRT hate and LBGTQ lifestyles. Parents take a good long look at those young children before you let them go. The result of years of indoctrination will surely be heartbreaking for alot of these parents if our Johnston County School Board is not changed.
