Home prices have gotten ridiculous! Builders are setting themselves up for another 2008!
If you are blaming builders for the house prices, that is unfair. As material and labor costs, real property costs, and development costs increase, the price of homes must rise accordingly.
This comment made me laugh…. Builders are making a forture. If not they would not be giving 25k-30k incentives for their houses that have been sitting 200 plus days. This isn’t 2020 anymore. 95% of these new homes are put up in a month and terrible quality. $300000 for a 1500ft slab home come on now. The market needs and will correct it self soon
The Raleigh, NC region has been and will continue to be one of the most consistent real estate markets in the country…. for years now! The prices here compared to the national average are a great value. No, homes aren’t sitting on the market for 200 days and no they are not built in 30 days. If you’re going to spread negativity at least make sure your negativity is accurate.
