Kenly Man Charged With Meth Trafficking

A 29 year-old Kenly man was arrested on felony drug charges after law enforcement authorities searched his home on Piney Grove Church Road.

Sean David Jones is being held on a $200,000 bond charged with trafficking methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony parole violation.

On June 11th, Johnston County deputies were asked to assist probation and parole officers with the search of Jones’ home. During the search, 31.5 grams of suspected meth, heroin residue, and a large quantity of an unknown white powder were located.

The unknown white powder was seized and has been sent to the NC SBI crime lab for testing.

Why are we letting losers like this back into society before they have serve their entire sentences? Let’s build MORE prisons if we have to, to keep these lowlifes locked up and out of civil society.
