Man Charged With 19 Johnston County Home Break-Ins

A 21 year-old man was formally charged Wednesday with 41 felonies in connection with 19 residential break-ins in Johnston County.  Iquan Louis Mosley of Raleigh was captured Tuesday by the Wake County Sheriff’s Office for a rash of home break-ins in Wake and Johnston Counties.

Mosley is accused of committing the following break-ins in Johnston County:

January 14 – 7 Clarence Ln Garner
January 14 – 3240 Cornwallis Rd Garner
January 14 – 128 Chris Ct Garner
January 20 – 207 Duchess Dr Garner
January 21 – 111 Sirius St. Garner
January 21 – 55 Old Tree Ct Willow Spring
January 22 – 1006 Thomas Ct Garner
January 22 – 97 Park Place Dr Garner
January 22 – 208 Aster Dr Garner
January 25 – 112 Shady Meadows Ln Clayton
January 24 – 158 Belve Dr Garner
January 24 – 513 Ranch Rd Clayton
January 24 – 406 Knights Bridge Dr Clayton
January 28 – 307 St. Jiles Dr Clayton
January 28 – 105 Swift Run Ct Garner

Mosley is under a $725,000 bond on the Wake County burglary charges plus an additional $500,000 bond for the Johnston County break-ins. The 41 charges include multiple counts of breaking and entering, larceny, larceny of a firearm, and possession of a stolen firearm.  Mosley was the driver of the vehicle witnesses say was used during the burglaries. Mosley later pawned numerous items stolen from the homes.

The investigation is still ongoing.
