Massage Parlor Employees Charged With Prostitution

A Cleveland area massage parlor raided in April by local and state agents was raided again Tuesday.

The Nana Spa on Highway 42 near Interstate 40 was raided yesterday after an undercover agent went into the business and was allegedly propositioned for sex.  Additional officers were waiting outside and arrested two employees.

Liu Fang, 47, and Yang Juying, 53, who listed their home addresses as the business location were charged by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office with prostitution and practicing massage therapy without a license.

In April, the same business was raided and three other women were arrested on misdemeanor charges of practicing massage therapy without a license.

Under NC state law, a license is required to perform massage therapy. Authorities allege more than massage therapy was being offered at the business.
