  1. Can we please open up deer season all year long? They are not even native here, they were brought here on purpose many years ago. Too many people are being killed by them, can we call bringing them here a mistake now and get rid of them? Please?

  2. Not native oh really, please elaborate on how you came to this conclusion. Enquiring minds would like to know, who brought them and I never knew deer were killers, they just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

  3. It’s what my Dad told me years ago before he passed away. I just know that there are too many deer and too few days in the hunting season. I have already had one car destroyed by a deer impact. How many people have to die before something is done about too many deer being here? Just open up Deer Season to all year long, the problem would be solved in a couple of years.

    • Hey look at it like this deer now have a natural predator they have not had to deal with as much in the past, Coyotes and trust me they are here to stay they are definitely putting a dent in the population. Another problem is in the past 30 years the amount of hunters has decreased by close to 1/3 according to trends with hunting licenses being sold, so that’s definitely having an impact on the population as well.
