Narcotics agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested one person after conducting a search warrant at a home on Skyline Drive in the Hillcrest Subdivision off White Memorial Church Road in western Johnston County.
Agents said 37 year-old Bobby James Dawes of Skyline Drive had been the focus of a two-month undercover investigation during which he allegedly sold crystal methamphetamine from his home.
Officers seized a small amount of methamphetamine during the search warrant on Friday.
Dawes was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dawes was confined in the Johnston County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
