Amy was passionate about education and spent many years giving her time and love to students of all ages at Princeton School as a substitute teacher and teaching assistant.
Her greatest passions and joys in life were her God, for whom her faith never faltered, and her children, for whom her love never wavered.
Amy was a beacon of light and laughter in the lives of everyone she knew. Her faith inspired and her wisdom comforted.
She is survived by her husband Michael “Skeeter” Mitchell; her son George Mitchell (Brandi); her daughter Anna Mitchell; her brother Joey Cuddington; and her Best Good Friend Ann Daughtry Brown.
