To The Family of Ms. Cindy Biggerstaff,
Each of you have my deepest condolences on the loss of your love one. It was a pleasure to have Ms. Biggerstaff as my PE teacher at Smithfield Elementary School in the early 90’s. She always had this beautiful smile and encouraged her students. She will be missed by all the students that school touched their lives to do positive things.
