Princeton- Linda Faye Campbell Hales, age 72, passed away Monday September 21, 2020 at her home in Princeton. She was born in Johnston County on November 30, 1947 to the late James Wilton and Mary Louise Wiggins Campbell. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by a brother, James Wilton Campbell, Jr.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday September 24, 2020 at 3 PM in Little Family Cemetery in Princeton.
Ms. Hales is survived by son, Jeff Hales and wife Carla of Goldsboro; Sisters, Annette Howell and Bonnie Rutherford of Princeton; Grandchildren, Christopher, Jaylen, and Caleb Hayes; Nieces, Angie Whitley of Pine Level, Christy Edwards of Princeton; Nephew, James Rutherford of Wilmington. Ms. Hales attended Bizzell Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church in Princeton when her health allowed. In her spare time she enjoyed painting, drawing, photo shopping pictures on her computer, and spending time with her golden retriever, Kona.
