William Valston Beasley

    Four Oaks, NC: Mr. William Valston Beasley, age 89, of Devil’s Racetrack Road passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. Graveside Services will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at the Beasley Family Cemetery in Bentonville. Rev. Billy Nowell will officiate.

    Mr. Beasley was born on April 12, 1931 in Johnston County to the late David Almond and Julia Atkinson Beasley. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Stewart’s Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Four Oaks. Mr. Beasley was a US Army Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict.

    Surviving include his sisters, Nellie Rhodes and husband, Joe, Eloise Bennett and husband, Ken both of Four Oaks; brother, Lofton Beasley and wife, Ann of Four Oaks; several nieces and nephews.

    Mr. Beasley will be available for viewing, and you will be able to sign the register book on Monday, October 19, 2020 from 12:00PM-5:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks. The family will not be present during this time.

    In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
