Selma Police said they seized firearms and drugs during a search warrant executed at a home on November 9th. Details of the incident were just released on Monday.
Police said 48.5 grams of marijuana, 0.1 grams of cocaine, a semi automatic handgun, 20 gauge shotgun, ammunition, scales, vacuum sealer, vacuum sealer bags, and a smoking device were seized during the search of a home at 711 South Webb Street.
Authorities said most of the items were found in the suspect’s bedroom. Levi Stancil Jr., 45, of the same address, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession of cocaine, and maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance. All three charges are felonies.
Police said they also seized a newspaper article with photos of Selma police officers and detectives from the last drug roundup conducted by Selma Police.
Stancil was jailed under a $30,000 bond.
