Princeton Man Arrested By US Marshals Fugitive Task Force

GOLDSBORO – A Princeton man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 3000 block of Progressive Church Road.  The US Marshals Fugitive Task Force and investigators with the Goldsboro Police Department served a warrant on Joshua Morlock, age 30.

Morlock and a second person, Evelyn Delacerda, age 40, of Hope Mills are accused of breaking into The Herman Park Center at 901 E. Ash Street in Goldsboro on Jan. 3, 2021. The suspects reportedly stole property plus a vehicle belonging to the City of Goldsboro.  Delacerda was arrested Jan. 12 in Sampson County by the Clinton Police Department.

Delacerda was held on a $15,000 bond.  Morlock was jailed Tuesday on a $10,000 bond at the Wayne County Jail.
