Stolen Property Found During Traffic Stop, JCSO Says

FOUR OAKS – A 49 year-old man was arrested December 30 after being linked to the theft of more than $2,700 in property from a Four Oaks-area home.

Barry Alan Justice of US 701 South, Four Oaks was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of burglary tools.

On December 26, the victim reported tools, push mowers, steel fuel containers and household furniture had been removed from a location on Wilkins-ONeal Road.

Justice was identified as a person of interest in the larceny. He was located a few days later driving a vehicle. During a traffic stop some of the stolen property was reportedly found in the vehicle.

Justice was held under a $20,000 bond.

        • He’s on the opposite side of the county so I don’t know him personally. I think he used to be a hairdresser. Doesn’t look like he started getting into any major trouble until like 2006 and it was sporadic. I’m not sure what his deal is.

        • I looked at another picture of him from another arrest. It kind of looks like a claw mark. I didn’t realize it was only under one eye. I thought the other one was just faded or just not finished….

  1. Scumbags don’t want to work, being a thief is their career path which leads them to jail/prison and sadly in some, death.

    Is it worth it to them? NOPE. Just sorry they were caught and stuck with nothing & no one on Rock Bottom
