A quick arrest was made Wednesday following a car break-in reported to deputies on Braswell Road outside of Smithfield.
Officers received a report someone had broken into a Ford Explorer and removed approximately $850 worth of tools.
Heather Candace Beasley, 29, of Braswell Road, Smithfield and Matthew Cameron Coley, 26, of NW Center Street, Mount Olive were identified as suspects. They were located by Pine Level Police who initially charged the pair with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies later charged Beasley and Coley with felony breaking and entering a vehicle and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods. Both were placed in the Johnston County Jail in lieu of a $10,500 bond.
