SELMA – Johnston County deputies are investigating two suspicious vehicle fires reported in the same area and just minutes apart.
At 11:57pm Friday, a Suzuki passenger car parked under a metal carport in the 1000 block of Bizzell Grove Church Road caught fire and burned.
At 12:19am Saturday, a Jeep Wrangler parked in the driveway of a home on Raspberry Circle partially burned.
Authorities believed the incidents are connected. At last report, no charges had been filed.
