Three teenagers were arrested a short time after they allegedly stole a golf car from a Brogden area home.
The 38 year-old victimn said he looked outside his Brogden School Road home around 10:30amThursday just in time to see several people leaving on his golf cart. He followed the suspects down the roadway until they abandoned the golf cart and fled on foot.
Johnston County deputies later found the three suspects and charged them with felony larceny.
Andrew Glen Liles, 17, of Brogden School Road, Smithfield and Xavier James Dunlap-Johnson, 16, of W. First Street, Princeton were charged as adults. The third suspect was under age 16 and charged as a juvenile.
The stolen golf cart was recovered and returned to the owner.
