Three people are facing charges in unrelated investigations by narcotics agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.
Following a four month investigation, agents arrested William Lee Stone, 37, of the 1700 block of Richardson-Bass Road, Kenly on Saturday. Stone is accused of selling methamphetamine to undercover officers. He was charged with five felony drug violations including selling meth and possessing meth. Bail was set at $175,000.
Last Saturday, agents conducted a drug search warrant at a RV camper in the 2400 block of Elevation Road near Four Oaks. Authorities said they found suspected methamphetamine and multiple syringes. Jeffrey Wayne Stephenson, 39, of Elevation Road, Four Oaks was charged with felony possession of meth and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $20,000.
A two-week investigation into drug activity at the Super 8 motel at the I-40 / NC 42 interchange resulted in the Oct. 14th arrest of Roxanne Grizzard, 35, of Darroch Road, Lillington. Grizzard was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Johnston County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
