Davis was evaluated at the scene by Johnston County EMS.
No charges were filed.
Highway 39 was closed until approximately 7:00pm before reopening to traffic.
Who’s overpriced SUV is that?
You use this tragic story to take a pot shot at the cops?
Stay classy, bud.
Prayers for the victim’s family and the truck driver who will now have to live with this the rest of his life, even though he appears to have done nothing wrong.
I’ll do what please. I am calling out the wasteful spending of taxpayer money on a police officer and 60k dollar suv who is clearly MANY MILES out of jurisdiction. Stay classy, pal.
