Two Four Oaks residents were arrested February 7th after a search warrant was executed. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division served the search warrant at a home at 2173 Hannah Creek Road, the home address of 24 year-old Michael Trism Willis.
During a search of the home, suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, and a loaded handgun were found. Willis was convicted on a felony charge in 2017 and under state law is not allowed to possession a firearm. Willis was charged with possession of methamphetamines and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was held under a $500,000 bond.
A second person, Ashley Danielle Howard, 35, of the 1800 block of Hannah Creek Road, was arrested and charged with felony drug possession. Howard was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
