  1. So will these payments be paid directly to the landlord, mortgage or utility company or given to the applicant in hopes it makes to the ones owed??????? …..

  2. Right, like either one of you actually qualified to hold down single family homes built in this century that your ancestors and parents didn’t bank roll into your privileged speech. So tell me what’s the average age of a primary or non primary home here in Smithfield again? When did your tax returns show an AGI again that leads you to complain about the “investment property YOUR hardwork and sweat equity went into to claim such a passive aggressive demeaning blanket statement on someone else’s wallet? Oh that’s right your “investment property I.E. modular home, with the deluxe outhouse bathroom amenities and non energy efficient electrical fire waiting to happen properties….. you both (Johnny and Karen) own free and clear? Get off it. Your commentary….is the reason the economic development of this area is taking so long. Ignorance and a lack of a proposed executable plan during a pandemic that ravaged this nation and others. Well beyond your 1990s slab built waste of space you call home with those ugly detestable barns, oops I meant storage sheds all over the place having primary homes. Please those homes probably cost less than 5k to purchase and great grand parents kicked down the line to you all. Unfortunately for those whom are renting one of your luxury abodes. They have been to further degradation. Keep up the good work. Let me know how your rent that will probably end up a tax write off or made whole by a policy amendment anyway crying selfs. I would suggest you take notes from those who own more than one home and the values of their investment properties owned free and clear that 4 or 5 times as much cequity than your primary homes, that I’m sure you both probably refinanced 9 or ten times in the last 13 years. Just because you reaped the benefits of blood labor and all the nice stolen ideas and infrastructure that drive this country. Doesn’t give you the right to speak on what you don’t know. Just like I’m doing now. I pray for you both. God forbid hard times find you and you need the help from the same people you are speaking of. Sadly, out of our nature. We would without asking for anything in return. Or compounded per diem interest to fund any of our Material wants. Just because your comments are within respectable norms. We see your silver tongued, behind our backs speech you all have in your front lawns. But do remember. When we keep your water running. Pick your trash. Or serve your food. We too, have pride in ourselves. We just have enough tact and courtesy to not engage in deplorable baseless commentary. That stuff we leave to y’all. I hope your bland mediocre lives play out just like your bean casseroles…..tired, uneventful, and wholly depressing….now go cry about it and marinate on your privileged choice of words….ugh I can’t believe I share the same air with you all. But hey ya know God made us all different to serve a unique purpose. Even you two. So thank you both. America will continue to be a leader in the democracy we all believe in. So how about your next set of chosen words inspire instead of confirming the ignorance that still poisons this area. Atleast before more respectable companies come into this area. I don’t want your grandkids embarrassed to claim either of you.
