Wilson’s Mills Police Identify Burglary Suspects

Wilson’s Mills Police have identified all five suspects who reportedly broke into a mobile home last week stealing a safe, jewelry and cash.  Police Chief A.Z. Williams said dozens of tips were received Monday to assist in the identification of the suspects captured on a home security camera on March 19th break into the home on Jones Court.

Jonathan Michael Jeffcoat, 43, of Holly Springs; Marcus Dwayne Stanley, 37, of Four Oaks; and Jamie Lynn Harding, 35, of Newton Grove were arrested Tuesday at a Benson area address with the assistance of the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office.  All three have been charged with breaking and entering and larceny.

Jeffcoat and Harding were also charged with multiple drug offenses including possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Jeffcoat and Harding were held in the Johnston County Jail under a $60,000 secured bond. Stanley was held on a $20,000 secured bond.

Police are still searching for the remaining two suspects, Alexandra “Alex” Smith, 33, and Ashley Nichole Beasley, 29. Both are wanted on breaking and entering and larceny warrants.  Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the Wilson’s Mills Police Department at 919-938-3885.
