TA Loving Company Inc. of Goldsboro has been awarded a bid of $1,157,909.25 for improvements to the Elevation Water District.
The company was the low bidder for the project.
The project includes installing 10,300 linear feet of 12 inch water main along Woodall Dairy Road, Tarheel Road, and Raleigh Road in addition to a booster pump station on Woodall Dairy Road.
The project is included in Johnston County’s Capital Improvement Plan. Seven bid were received for the project.
To pay for the improves, the county will obtain a loan from the NC Department of Environmental Quality – Division of Water Infrastructure.
