The Johnston County Public Health Department released their final statistical update today (Thursday) for 2020. As of December 31st a total of 11,881 COVID-19 cases have been reported since the first case was confirmed back on March 12th in Johnston County.
112 deaths have been reported countywide this year due to COVID. 156 new cases have been reported since Wednesday.
76 patients are currently hospitalized, 3058 are recovering at home and 8635 are presumed recovered.
