The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a domestic related shooting that left two people dead and one person wounded.
It happened around 2:30am this morning (Tuesday) on Richmond Drive in the Virginia Downs Subdivision near Archer Lodge.
Deputies arrived to find Lindsay Rae Webb, 21, and William Kyle Parker, 23, who both resided at the same address, dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Both were found outside the home.
Lindsay Webb’s father, Ray Eugene Webb, 45, of Willow Springs, was at the home. He had been shot in the arm. He was transported to an area hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell said the shooting appears to domestic related. “There is no danger to the public, however, no additional details are being released at this time due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.”
