CLEVELAND – Twenty cars were broken into in a Cleveland-area subdivision. The thefts were discovered Saturday morning in the Lancaster Place subdivision off Cleveland Road near Interstate 40.
Authorities said all 20 vehicles had been left unlocked and valuables left inside were taken.
Many of the break-ins occurred along Black Angus Drive.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating. Authorities continue to ask vehicle owners to keep your cars locks and valuables out of sight, even when parked in your own driveway.
