2022 Benson Veterans Day Celebration

BENSON – The annual Benson Veterans Day Celebration will take place this Saturday, November 5, 2022.

The Run for the Brave 5K Race takes place at 9:00am. Check-in for the race begins at 7:30am. The Awards Ceremony will be held at 10:30am.

The Veterans Day Parade will be held on Main Street beginning at 11:00am. The Veterans Day Program begins at 11:45am in the Singing Grove. At 12 Noon there will be live music when Antique Outlaws take the stage.

At 12 Noon the NC Pork Council BBQ Cook Off Contest begins. BBQ lunch plates will be available for $10 each.

Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy all the activities.
