Three people were arrested following a narcotics search warrant at a Four Oaks area home. Following an undercover drug investigation, agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant on Pine Tree Lane, off Spring Lake Road, on May 15th.
Agents reportedly seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the residence.
James Timothy Moore, 59, of Pine Tree Lane, was charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $50,000.
Bobby Gene Barbour, 64, of Pine Tree Lane, Four Oaks was charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamines. Bail was set at $15,000.
Luke Hatcher Moore, 22, of E. Branch Street, Benson was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on a 2019 misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession charge. His bond was placed at $20,450.
